Attendees will learn the purpose and scope of the guide\, when a weed variance may be considered for reclaimed forested sites\, and the type of information needed to support a variance request. The session will also discuss key considerations outlined in the guide to help applicants better understand regulatory expectations when preparing variance justifications.
